Fraud Alert: Check Washing — Review Check Images as They Post

We’re seeing increased attempts to alter mailed checks (“check washing”). As your checks post, open the transaction in Digital Banking and review the check image. Confirm:

• Payee name
• Dollar amount
• Check number and date
